De Ruigring is een maandelijkse vergadering van de commissies en stichtingen in Ruigoord. Binnen de ruigring delen de commissies informatie over specifieke onderwerpen waaraan ze werken en adviseren zij elkaar en het bestuur over lopende zaken. Het kan hier gaan om gevraaagd en ongevraagd advies. Alle werkzaamheden van de commis-sies worden binnen de Ruigring gecoördineerd. De ruigring heeft een voorzitter die zich inzet om de huur-ders van Ruigoord actief te berekken in de commissiestruc-tuur en verzorgt maandelijks de agenda van de ruigring.

Ruigoord Duurzaam wil een grote rol spelen in de uitdagingen die klimaatverandering en energietransitie bieden, omdat wij zorg willen dragen voor de wereld waarin wij leven en ook in het belang van ons eigen voortbestaan. Groen Groep

De Groengroep houdt zich bezig met het groen in en rond het dorp. Samen met een groot
aantal vrijwilligers werken ze aan een sprookjesachtig GROEN Ruigoord.

De Afvalcommissie houdt zich bezig met de duurzame verwerking van ons afval. Zij adviseren de beide stichtingsbesturen en de huurders over plaatsing van afvalpunten en afvalscheiding.
